Procurement To Be Made Through Bidding
(1) A public entity shall procure through bidding any construction works, goods or services whatsoever of which cost estimate exceeds two million rupees.
(2) In the circumstances set forth in Section 15 of the Act, goods, construction works or services shall be procured by making invitation to international open bidding.
